"I'm a native of Fort Bend County, spending most of my life in the greater Houston area. I graduated from the University of Houston and worked in teaching and sales before answering the call to ministry and graduating from Houston Graduate School of Theology. Because of this, relating to people in their everyday lives is something I feel is very important. Before becoming a pastor and writing sermons every week, I went through the everyday life that most people must deal with: punching a time clock every day, dealing with workforce streamlining (being laid off) and all the other unpredictables of everyday life. Because of these experiences I try to share a message that everyone can understand and relate to. After all, who can relate to us better and know our struggles more deeply than the One God who created each of us! I'm grateful each day that I've been given the opportunity to share that message of God's extraordinary love with others as we travel together on this journey we call life."
